All Sales Are Final

All products are made to order specifically for each customer. Because our items are printed on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selections, buyer’s remorse, or changes of mind.

Please carefully review all product details, sizing information, colors, and shipping information before placing your order.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Orders are sent into production shortly after they are placed. Once production has started, an order cannot be changed or canceled. If you need to request a change or cancellation, contact us immediately at watchwarriormike@gmail.com. We cannot guarantee that your request can be accommodated.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us promptly at watchwarriormike@gmail.com.

Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the item and packaging. We will review your claim and, if approved, arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Please do not send an item back unless you have received return instructions from us. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges because every product is printed on demand. If you ordered the wrong size, color, or product, you will need to place a new order.

Sale Items and Gift Cards

Sale items, promotional items, and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded except when required by law or when an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refunds

Refunds are issued only for approved claims involving damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect items, or when otherwise required by applicable law.

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.

European Union and Other Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits any cancellation, return, refund, or other consumer rights that cannot legally be waived. Where applicable law provides mandatory consumer protections, those protections will apply.
